1. Product use:

- These filter elements are used in hydraulic oil systems. Their main function is to continuously filter impurities, moisture and other pollutants in the oil to ensure the normal operation of the system. They are widely used in power plants, steel mills, shield tunneling, mining, papermaking, petroleum, ships, chemicals, textiles, various power machinery and other industries.

2. Filter element filter material:

- Filter materials include glass fiber, filter paper, metal mesh, metal powder, metal sintering, sintered felt, etc.

3. Filter accuracy:

- Glass fiber filter material: 1-70μm (micrometer); metal mesh filter material: 3-400μm (micrometer); filter paper filter material: 5-40μm.

- Maximum working temperature: 120℃.

- Textile: stirring liquid, air suspension, wetting, running accumulator, spraying, spraying system, infusion. Purification and uniform filtration of polyester melt during wire drawing, protective filtration of air compressors, deoiling and dewatering of compressed gases.

- Electronics and pharmaceuticals: pre-treatment filtration of reverse osmosis water and deionized water, pre-treatment filtration of detergents and glucose.
