1. Product Use: 

They are used in hydraulic oil systems, especially in stacker reclaimer hydraulic stations, for removing solid particles and water from the oil to ensure clean and normal operation of the hydraulic system. These cartridges are also used in power plants, steel mills, shield construction, mining, paper making, petroleum, shipping, chemical industry, textile, and all kinds of power machinery and other industries.

2. Filter element material:

 These filter elements are made of various filter materials, including glass fiber, filter paper, metal mesh, metal powder, metal sintered and sintered felt, etc., in order to adapt to different filtration requirements and precision .

3. Filtration precision:

Different materials have different filtration precision, for example, the precision of glass fiber filter material is 1-70μm, metal mesh filter material is 3-400μm, and filter paper filter material is 5-40μm.

 The cartridges can operate in temperatures ranging from -30 to 120 degrees Celsius and are suitable for a wide variety of environmental conditions.

7 Testing standards:

The cartridges are tested in accordance with a number of ISO standards, including tests for rupture resistance, structural integrity, material compatibility with fluids, end compliance, fatigue characteristics, differential pressure flow characteristics and filtration characteristics.

4 Fatigue strength: Evaluate the durability of the cartridge during repeated loading and unloading.

5 Chemical Stability: Check whether the cartridge will deteriorate or fail when exposed to specific chemicals or environments.

6 Material safety: Confirm that the filter element material is non-toxic, harmless and meets the relevant health and environmental protection standards.
