1. Product Description:

 HC628-01-CSP is made of many kinds of composite materials through a special process and has hydrophilic properties. It not only filters mechanical impurities in the medium, but also breaks the emulsion and agglomerates the emulsified water in the medium, separates it and aggregates it into larger water droplets for further purification of the medium .
 

2. Scope of Application:

 - Oil-water separation.

 - Removal of water and alkali from on-line analytical sampling systems.

 - Separation of water from hydrogen peroxide working solution and separation of hydrogen peroxide working solution from hydrogen peroxide .
 

3. Technical Parameters:

 - Filter cartridge media: fiberglass.

 - End cap material: galvanized steel.

 - Outer diameter: 6 inches.

 - Length: 28 inches.

 - Filtration accuracy: 1 micron.

 - Features extended aggregator life, reduced particle concentration to meet fluid specifications, reduced liquid/liquid emulsion stability, etc .

  - Filtration media: glass fiber, filter paper, stainless steel sintered fiber and stainless steel wire mesh.

 - Fluid compatibility: with all petroleum based oils, water glycols, oil/water emulsions, high water content fluids and synthetic fluids compatible with Viton or EPR seals .
