- Housing Material: The filter cover is made of high strength plastic end cap, and the filter bowl is made of high strength composite membrane aluminum tube.
- Seals: Perbunan (NBR) and Viton (FPM) are used for seals, and these are customizable.
- Filter Element:
o Filter medium material: High strength carbon steel skeleton.
- Optional Accessories:
o ZKF-II Clogging indicator
o ZS-V Clogging indicator
- Type of Connection:
o Metric thread connection (inch threaded connection is available upon request)
o Flanged connection
- Features:
o The filter is designed to be suitable for return lines where surge pressure occurs.
o The main body is made of ductile cast iron, making it tough and compact.
- Operation:
o The cover and the lower housing of the filter adopt threaded connection; the filter bowl is spun on the lower housing.
o This filter is equipped with a check valve, by-pass valve, and clogging indicator. When the filter element is withdrawn for washing or replaced, the check valve will close automatically to prevent oil from flowing out from the tank.
