1. Technical parameters:

3 Working Principle:

 When the oil-air separator works, the oil droplets entrained in the compressed air are separated through the oil-air separation tank, the small oil droplets are filtered through the micron-grade fiberglass filtration material of the cartridge, and then settle at the bottom of the cartridge after polymerizing into large oil droplets and return to the lubrication system through the oil return pipe to get the pure compressed air.

4 Performance parameters:

 The oil content of the separated gas is controlled at ≤3PPM, the initial pressure difference is ≤0.02MPa, the replacement pressure difference is 0.7MPa, and the service life is between 3000 and 4500 hours.

4. Replacement Note:

 When the pressure difference between the two ends of the oil and gas separation cartridge reaches 0.15MPa, the cartridge should be replaced. If the pressure difference is 0, it indicates that the cartridge may have malfunctioned or the airflow has been short-circuited, and it also needs to be replaced. Usually the replacement time is 3000 to 4000 hours, but if the environmental conditions are poor, the use time may be shortened .
