1. Air respirator:

- The product is divided into three models, TC-S1 is used for small reducers and oil tanks, TC-S2 is used for large reducers and small oil stations, and TC-S3 is used for large oil stations. The product needs to be used with the universal TC-35 base.
4. Function and use of oil tank breather:
- The oil tank breather replaces the original breathable cap and is used at the air inlet of oil stations, oil tanks, and reducers. Under the principle of the original breathable cap, the oil tank breather increases the drying effect, reduces the failure rate of mechanical equipment and extends the service life of lubricating oil.
5. Working principle of oil tank breather:
- The product consists of a shell, a solid particle filter, a gas diffusion particle, activated carbon, and high-performance moisture absorption particles. When air enters the oil tank, it first passes through a solid particle filter to filter out dust in the gas, then passes through a high-performance desiccant to filter out moisture in the gas, and finally passes through activated carbon to filter out harmful gases.
6. Technical details of the tank breather (taking HYDAC as an example):
- Filter capacity: 2µm: 26 g, maximum water absorption, adsorbent capacity (depending on operating and environmental conditions): HYDAC tank breather size 200: 0.25 l, size 400: 0.50 l, size 1000: 0.75.
