- Filtration Effect: The oil-gas separation filter element can filter the oil-containing compressed air generated by the host, intercept and aggregate the oil mist in the gas, and form oil droplets concentrated at the bottom of the filter element and returned to the compressor lubrication system through the oil return pipe, ensuring the compressor discharges purer, high-quality compressed air.
- Service Life: A high-quality oil and gas separator, when installed and used correctly, can not only ensure high quality of compressed air but also ensure a considerable service life.
- Replacement Standard: When the pressure difference between the two ends of the oil and gas separation filter element reaches 0.15MPa, it should be replaced; when the pressure difference is 0, it indicates that the filter element is faulty or the air flow has been short-circuited. At this time, the filter element should also be replaced in time.
- Replacement Time: The general replacement time is 3000~4000 hours. If the environment is poor, its use time will be shortened.
