The basic information of EKF20A 40 micron PE sintered filter element is as follows:

1. Product use:

- The filter element is mainly used in hydraulic oil systems to continuously filter impurities, moisture and other pollutants in the oil to ensure the normal operation of the system. It is widely used in power plants, steel mills, shield tunneling, mining, papermaking, petroleum, ships, chemicals, textiles, various power machinery and other industries.

2. Filter element filter material:

- It is sintered with ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (PE), with a compact, strong and lightweight structure, can withstand high filtration pressure, is non-toxic and odorless, and has good corrosion resistance to acid and alkali solvents.

3. Filtration accuracy:

- The filtration accuracy is 40 microns, which can filter out solid particles of corresponding size and make the filtrate clear and transparent.

4. Technical parameters:

- Working pressure: ≤450 kg (4.5MPa).

- Working temperature: -30~120℃.

- Working flow: 6~9100 L/min.
